Little Miss Tonka, or as we call her Tonka is a cairn terrier. This means that she is inquisitive, gay and alert…or as we see it up for fun.
Favorite pass times: Chasing and tugging sticks, catching balls, digging (she is a terrier after all), frog watching, eating “chewies” and cuddling up.
Career moves: Family pet, part time show dog.
Qualifications: Kennel Club Good citizen dog scheme puppy foundation assessment and Bronze award. Various awards at dog shows.
She is our second cairn terrier; our first was “Katie.” Katie lived life to the full. Known to some as the fastest dog in the park, she really knew how to live it up. Katie was our first ever dog and we still miss her no end. Being a true cairn she had no idea of her size. Katie’s favorite game was chase and in her short time we had a lot of fun with her.
